Parking is available at the parking garages at 11th & Spruce and 11th & Walnut, as well as on the street on Walnut, Pearl, 11th, and 9th, and in the parking lot under the St. Julien Hotel, as well as on neighboring streets.

How will businesses on West Pearl be able to get deliveries?

Businesses have 24/7 backdoor access to the alleys on either side of the street, and the full street is also open for deliveries during several key hours every day.

How will people with disabilities be able to access West Pearl businesses?

Parking for folks with a disability parking pass will be available on 10th Street between Spruce Street and Morrison Alley (directly to the north of Pearl). Patrons can also be safely dropped off at either end of West Pearl, or on 10th Street at Morrison Alley.

Will delivery drivers / DoorDash drivers be able to easily pick up from businesses?

Delivery drivers or couriers can utilize the marked loading zones on the alleys parallel to West Pearl to quickly access businesses to pick up orders.
